The support team behind your Realtor
Not all real estate offices are created equal. In some offices, the REALTOR takes care of everything
themselves, from advertising to ordering their own signs to all of the paperwork involved in listing or buying
a house. In the offices of Hunziker & Associates, there is support on so many levels; from greeting
customers to the details of closing a home, as well as detailed market information and 3-D virtual tours of
homes. The staff at Hunziker & Associates is there to assist the Realtor in making sure the transaction
happens without any issues and is completed in a timely manner. Here are the people that help make

Make the most of back to school sales
August means back to school! You might have kids starting first grade, beginning their senior year of high school, entering college or anything
in between, or maybe you don't have kids at all. Regardless of your back to school status, August is a great time to get your house organized.
Here are some ideas to help you organize your home with some common back to school sale items.
- Over-the-Door Hanging Shoe Organizer: This is a great trick used for shoes, but try thinking outside the box. Do you have cleaning supplies sitting around in the laundry room? Try putting those lose bottles in the pockets of the organizer.
- Single Pocket Wire Wall Filer: Normally these are used for filing papers, but if you use this to organize your plastic container lids you'll be free from clutter in that cabinet. You may even try a bigger filer for your tin foil or cling wrap.
- Storage Bins: It may seem redundant, but the more storage bins - the more organized
your things will be. These can be used practically anywhere from your bathroom,
pantry, laundry room and more. Add labels for even more structure. Check out this link for ways to organize every room thanks to storage bins.
The back to school season is a great time to stock up on items to organize your home in many different
ways. It's also a great time to redecorate and add a few things to your home you've been
meaning to, but you were waiting for the big sale. Now is the time!
Don't forget to take advantage of the 2017 sales tax holiday for Iowa on Friday & Saturday, Aug. 4th & 5th.
