Positioning your home to be the next to sell
"A good hockey player plays where the puck is. A great hockey player plays where the puck is going to be." -Wayne Gretzky
Positioning your home to be the next one sold is a function of knowing the competitive properties currently on the market for sale. While a
market analysis is often reflective, and backward looking, positioning is forward looking. Reviewing the events and happenings of the local
real estate market three months ago is not nearly as relevant as answering the question, "where is the real estate market likely to be three weeks
from now?" Positioning is entirely about understanding the existing supply, rate of sales, turnover, and other key indicators of market strength
or weakness. At Hunziker & Associates, REALTORS, we know the market like no one else. We understand that providing the best client-level services
requires that we have the best, most current market data available. Positioning a home to be the next one sold, is for home sellers who are truly ready
to sell their home. When the property is properly positioned for sale, the home seller maximizes the likelihood of the best possible sale price while
minimizing the numerous risks associated with prolonged, overexposure in the marketplace.
